T&Cs - Win The Ultimate Padel Bundle" Giveaway

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the "Ultimate Padel Bundle" giveaway (the "Promotion") run on Instagram by Weekend Padel Club in collaboration with Pounce Padel and Courtero. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Promoter

The Promoter of this Promotion is Weekend Padel Club, ("Promoter", "we", "us"). Contact: info@weekendpadelclub.com

Pounce Padel and Courtero are participating brands who have each contributed an item to the prize bundle. They are not responsible for administering this Promotion, and any queries about entries, eligibility or winner selection should be directed to the Promoter.

2. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary. To enter the Promotion, participants must, during the Promotion Period:

Follow all three Instagram accounts: @weekendpadelclub, @pouncepadel and @courteroofficial;
Leave a comment on the official giveaway post tagging three (3) friends.

Bonus entry: entrants may earn one additional entry by sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tagging @weekendpadelclub, @pouncepadel and @courtero. The Promoter may ask an entrant to send a screenshot of their Story share as proof if their Story is not publicly viewable or has expired by the time winners are verified.

Only one entry per method, per person, applies. Entries using fake accounts, bot accounts, purchased followers/engagement, or multiple personal accounts will be disqualified. Comments tagging fewer than three friends, tagging brand/business accounts instead of friends, or tagging accounts that do not belong to real people will not count as a valid entry.

Entries must be public and visible to the Promoter at the time of the draw in order to be counted.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 13 or over (Instagram's own minimum account age) who hold a valid, genuine Instagram account. Employees (and their immediate families) of Weekend Padel Club, Pounce Padel and Courtero, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this Promotion, are not eligible to enter.

Entrants under the age of 18 must have the permission of a parent or guardian to enter and, if applicable, to receive the prize.

4. Promotion Period

The Promotion opens on Thursday 17 September 2026 at approximately 6:00pm (BST) and closes at 5:00pm (BST) on Thursday 1 October 2026. Entries received before or after this window will not be counted. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these dates where reasonably necessary (for example, due to circumstances beyond its control), and will announce any change on the giveaway post.

5. The Prize

One (1) winner will receive the "Ultimate Padel Bundle", worth over £300, comprising:

There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable. Prize items are subject to stock availability; if a specific size, colourway or style is unavailable, the relevant brand may substitute an item of equal or greater value. Each brand is responsible for supplying and dispatching its own item within the bundle.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the Promotion closes. The winner will be announced on Instagram (via post, comment or Story) within 48 hours of the closing time, and will also be contacted directly via Instagram DM.

The winner must respond to the DM within 7 days of first contact and provide a UK delivery address to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this window, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner by the same random draw process.

7. General Conditions

By entering, participants confirm the details and content of their entry are accurate and that they have obtained permission from anyone they tag.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes breaches these Terms, Instagram's own Terms of Use, or is otherwise fraudulent or abusive.
The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion, including winner selection, is final.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the Promotion where circumstances make this unavoidable.

8. Instagram Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Any information or content provided by entrants is given to Weekend Padel Club and the participating brands, not to Instagram.

9. Data Protection

Information collected from entrants (Instagram username/handle, and — for the winner — a delivery address) will be used solely to administer this Promotion, contact the winner and dispatch the prize, and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy [insert link]. It will not be used for any other marketing purpose without the entrant's separate consent, and will not be shared with Pounce Padel or Courtero beyond what is needed to fulfil their part of the prize.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter does not accept liability for any loss, damage or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of participating in this Promotion or accepting the prize, except where such loss or damage arises from the Promoter's negligence or otherwise cannot be excluded by law.
