Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to notify us that you wish to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@weekendpadelclub.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If your return request is approved, items must be sent back to us within 14 days of approval. Returns received outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for arranging for return shipping. We do not provide return shipping labels. We recommend using a tracked or insured postal service, as Weekend Padel Club cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping. Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by Weekend Padel Club.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom or personalised products. We also do not accept returns for gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be in new condition, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked or insured service. Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by Weekend Padel Club.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@weekendpadelclub.com
