Returns
We hope you love your Weekend Padel Club purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Our Returns Policy
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to let us know that you’d like to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, please email info@weekendpadelclub.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return has been approved, you’ll have 14 days to send the item back to us.
Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked or insured delivery service, as returned items remain your responsibility until they arrive safely with us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your item is faulty, damaged or sent in error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, faulty or you’ve received the wrong product, please contact us at info@weekendpadelclub.comas soon as possible. We’ll assess the issue quickly and work with you to put things right.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or colour, simply return your original item following the process above and place a new order for the replacement.
This is the quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want.
Sale Items
Sale items are covered by the same returns policy as full-price purchases.
If your return meets the conditions outlined above, you’re welcome to return your item within the applicable returns period.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Socks or other hygiene products once the packaging or seal has been opened
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please get in touch before sending it back.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without needing to provide justification.
Returned items must meet the same conditions outlined above and be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and proof of purchase included.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless required otherwise by applicable law.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take a little longer to process the refund.
